October 2007 at the national council of small and middle private companies, our company obtained the 3rd place on field according to classification of national top of private companies 2006.

Nova Textile Bumbac, the leader in cotton and cotton-blend textile production in Romania is situated in Pitesti at 100 km of Bucharest capital, the access to us being very simple because of highway A1 placed between the two cities. Our company is 100% private capital, being part of SCR group.
Our company is integrated from production perspective, having in its composition a spinning mill, a weaving mill, a dyeing mill and a garment mill. Nova Textile has high technical equipment that allows us to produce many kinds of fabrics with various technical characteristics, purpose and destinations. That’s why our fabrics have a fibrous composition that includes different percents of cotton, polyester and/or viscose, with weight between 50 and 300grams/mp.
The diversity of our fabrics allows their use for children, women or men wear, for work equipment and military uniforms, and of course the use of fabrics in other industrial fields.
In august 2006, Nova Textile Bumbac obtained the extension of the quality certificate ISO 9001:2000, and in March 2007, the certification in domain of environment management according to ISO 14001:2005.
The quality of our products, the employee’s professionalism and the performing management made our company to dominate Romanian market and being appreciated on external markets.
On internal plan, we are cooperating with over 700 companies from different fields of textile industries. We are exporting currently in Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Ireland, England, Holland and Sweden.
