In august 2006, nova textile bumbac obtained the extension of the quality certificate ISO 9001:2000, and in March 2007, the certification in domain of environment management according to ISO 14001:2005.
Our company is integrated from production perspective, having in its composition a spinning mill, a weaving mill, a dyeing mill, a garment mill and ready-made department. Nova textile has high technical equipment that allows us to produce many kinds of fabrics with various technical characteristics, purpose and destinations.
Nova Textile invest in employees’ professionalism, in their safety, in modernizing the production departments, also in improving the impact of production process over environment.
In Spinning mill department we produce a various line of cotton yarns 100% and cotton-blend yarns, in different proportions.
In Weaving mill department works 300 unconventional machines (greifer or projectile). On top of all those, recently we have achieved 30 modern weaving looms Dornier and Nuovo Pignone, with high capacity of production that can make fabrics with a width until 220 cm.
Nova Textile is very interested about environment, and in this direction we set up a modern biological treatment of residual water installation, water resulted from our technological process specific for this industry.
In the Finishing mill, throw a continue painting machine on width, 3 over-flow jet painting machines (for small orders), also for other finishing machines, we desire to put together the capacity of weaving with finishing, like a answer to outgoing market of asking fabrics with a width bigger than 140 cm.
A part of our fabrics are processed in our ready-made clothes department, section that is already equipped with linear and special machines, that can execute any kind of sewing, for internal and external markets.
